1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ev666 website located at ev666.cc and all associated services, games, sportsbook facilities, promotions, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By accessing or using any part of the ev666 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform.

1.3 These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, and any other supplementary rules published on the ev666 Platform from time to time. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

1.4 ev666 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The ev666 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ev666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all funds (including winnings) will be voided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ev666 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ev666 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available in any specific territory. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ev666. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where ev666 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be suspended and any funds or winnings associated with those accounts will be voided.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and mobile number. ev666 may require you to submit documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including a copy of a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension or closure.

2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ev666: (a) individuals under the age of 21; (b) employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of ev666 or any affiliated entity; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the ev666 Platform; (d) individuals who have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ev666 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify ev666 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. You can contact the ev666 support team at [email protected] at any time.

3.3 ev666 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred through no fault of ev666, including where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 ev666 may, at its discretion, enable additional security features such as one-time password (OTP) verification or two-factor authentication (2FA) for account access, withdrawals, or other sensitive operations. You are encouraged to activate all available security features on your account.

3.5 You must not use any automated software, script, bot, or third-party tool to access or interact with the ev666 Platform or your account. ev666 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity and reserves the right to suspend any account flagged by these systems pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. ev666 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ev666 reserves the right to modify accepted deposit methods, minimum amounts, and processing times at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Third-Party Deposits. ev666 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account review. Any attempt to obscure the origin of deposited funds may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ev666 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank card withdrawals, subject to identity verification status.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. ev666 may require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to be completed before a withdrawal request is approved. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address dated within 90 days.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. ev666 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the player account dashboard. ev666 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

4.6 Currency. All accounts on ev666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ev666 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 ev666 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All such offers are governed by these Terms as well as any specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds awarded by ev666 are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the ev666 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual offer terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ev666 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses with the intent to withdraw without genuine play; coordinated bonus farming with other accounts; exploitation of errors or glitches in the bonus system; and using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, ev666 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the account.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility. ev666 reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in a promotion at its sole discretion. Employees of ev666 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any ev666 promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the ev666 Platform are final once confirmed. ev666 will not reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in circumstances where ev666 determines that an error occurred in the display of odds or game outcome due to a technical malfunction.

6.2 Sports Betting. Sportsbook odds are set by ev666 and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or closure without notice during a match event. ev666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or resolved in error.

6.3 Casino Games. All casino games available on ev666 are provided by certified third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG). 6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ev666 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. ev666 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev666 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful purpose
• Attempting to launder money or disguise the origin of funds through the Platform
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players or with ev666 employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the payment system for financial gain
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or abuse promotions
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during the registration or verification process
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ev666 staff or other platform users in any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ev666 Platform

7.2 ev666 employs real-time monitoring systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be frozen and access to funds temporarily suspended. ev666 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable time.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the ev666 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface designs, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ev666 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ev666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or loss of profit.

9.3 ev666's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ev666 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 ev666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the ev666 Privacy Policy.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements or bonus restrictions apply.

13. Amendments to Terms
